Monitoring and Enforcement
To ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy, 3NV reserves the right to monitor traffic and usage patterns to detect irregular or abusive activities.
Actions We May Take
If we detect or suspect a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to investigate and take the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Warning: Issue a formal warning to the user regarding their violation.
- Service Suspension: Temporarily or permanently suspend services to the offending user.
- Termination: Terminate the user's account and permanently revoke access to our services.
- Legal Action: Report the violation to law enforcement or pursue legal action if the abuse involves criminal activities.
