How is billing calculated?

Spin up a VM, use it for 3 hours, pay for 3 hours. Resources are billed per hour – the vCPU, RAM, and NVMe storage you configure. Prices shown on this page are monthly equivalents based on 730 hours. There are no setup fees, no minimum commitment, and no charges for inbound traffic. The 20 TB monthly outbound traffic allowance is included with every VM.

What's included with every VM?

Every VM includes 20 TB monthly outbound traffic, DDoS protection, private networking between your VMs, and 24/7 engineer support from the team that knows your infrastructure. No add-ons required for standard operation.

Is there a minimum contract or commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. You can create and destroy VMs at any time. There are no termination fees, no minimum term, and no volume commitments. Pay for what you use, stop when you don't need it.

Where is my data stored?

All VMs run in our EN 50600 certified datacenter in Tallinn, Estonia. Your data stays in the European Union, subject to Estonian and EU law. We are not subject to US jurisdiction – no CLOUD Act, no Patriot Act exposure.

Can I migrate from another provider?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 3NV uses standard APIs and there is no proprietary tooling required. Most workloads can be migrated with standard tools (rsync, dd, snapshot restore). There are no exit fees and no lock-in.
